RAEIN, CRASH OF RHINOS, KADDISH...

Saturday the 5th of January 2013 … at Kraak Gallery in Manchester 2pm start; 5pm finishMATIN√ČE GIG! TAKE NOTE! TAKE NOTE!Featuring: RAEIN (Italy) FFO: Raein http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPKO6XKiCLQ CRASH OF RHINOS (UK) FFO: Crash of Rhinos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lKVGhkkp98&noredirect=1 KADDISH (UK) FFO: Kaddish http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94OeTUIUqss AND y’know if you search a little further you can find more music by each band & you should if you are yet to hear them. They have other websites and cleaner songs streaming or downloadable. KADDISH don’t play south of Tebay Services very often and haven’t in a long time so we should relish in this rare trip and opportunity to see them without travelling quite as far ourselves because once you hear them you’ll definitely want to. CRASH OF RHINOS released the best record of 2011, as voted by me and anyone else who thinks so. That’s straight up truth and no lies and no hype or even hint of hyperbole. You can hear it on Spotify or on Bandcamp if you want. I’m listening to it now. RAEIN are average but not in a negative way; they’ve been around for a while and have become one of the ‘de facto’ standards who everyone else just seems to copy. Keeping themselves ahead of the pack must be a challenge but it seems to be one they keep coming back to, even if they do occasionally like to split up. It will be SEVEN worthwhile sterling circles in advance in exchange for a proper King Crimson styled paper ticket. HERE!!>>>...

For BRIDGE AND TUNNEL...

Friday 18th may Rosa Milch presents BRIDGE AND TUNNEL CAVES CRASH OF RHINOS 18th OF MAY KRAAK (GALLERY) 11 STEVENSONS SQUARE M1 1DB BRIDGE AND TUNNEL Extremely mint punx band from the states, or somewhat. Absolutely exhilarating live (I should know seens them a few times) for fans of Latterman, Hot Water Music, 1994!, and that No Idea/ YoYo sound, but with something of their own. Listen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nu0dYIIRLPI CAVES How shit am I at describing bands eh? Well Caves fit in wonderfully with B&T wonderfully crafted punx anthems to sing along to. For fans of Against Me!, Discount and bands along that vein. Listen: http://www.caves.bandcamp.com/ CRASH OF RHINOS “Distal” was one of the UK most revered records of 2011, I’ve still not managed to see them live, because I’m a putz. I did see like 2 songs at the Lemuria show and that was absolutely devine. What a beast!...
