Firstly a massive thank you to everyone who made it down to the last party, and big up to all the wicked guests we had on; JGB, Rupert & Hot Vimto, who all completely ROCKED the party!!
We return to Kraak Gallery on 23rd March with another HUGE line up that we are all getting VERY excited about. Check the blurb below:

DJ Rasp

Born and bred in St Helens Merseyside, Dj Rasp first got into DJ’ing back in 1996. Influenced by Hip Hop DJ’s and turntable crews, such as Cash Money, ISP & XMen, he started messing around with records and experimenting with scratching.
After a few years of house parties, mixtapes and practicing, Rasp decided to start competing on the DJ battle circuit in 1998 . He has since become a veteran within the DMC & ITF competitions, reaching UK finals on numerous occasions & was the 2009 UK IDA & DMC Battle for Supremacy Champion.
Undoubtedly one of the sickest DJ’s in the UK we can’t wait for Rasp to rock the Dumb spot!

DJ Air Adam

DJ Air Adam is one of the most talented heads on the Manchester Hip Hop
scene. Renowned for the Family Gathering night he put on back in the day, Adam has ill skills on the ones-and-twos. He also has a seriously dope monthly podcast with subscribers from all over the globe. Added to all of that, people will recognise Adam for his incredible photography. Check his web pages or Example Magazine if you hadn’t already. Big!!!

Sheffield born rapper Assa has a distinctive flow and the charisma to match. Raised by the shores of Blackpool and now living in and representing Manchester.
Assa originally formed the crew Primitive Form and more recently the wicked Tactical Thinking. His debut solo album ‘Everyday User’ dropped in December 2011 and features Deadline, Jim Raygun, Jay Madden, Tenchoo, lego, Leafy, b.v.a and Foola with production by Naive and Pete Cannon to name a few. Expect a big live show from a huge talent!
